Join OG Sangha for our OG Sangha Hiking Day. This hike will encircle Mount San Miguel Park 2335 Paseo Veracruz, Chula Vista, CA 91914 (We are meeting at 7:45 am). This hike offers wonderful scenery. We will hike the rock house trail. We will visit a Buddhist altar on the top of the mountain as a sanctuary for peace and harmony in the world.
Note that this hike of intermediate difficulty is 2 1/2 miles long on loose dirt surfaces with some steep hills and steps.
Bring water, snack to share, sun protection and sturdy shoes.
