Join OG Sangha for our first hiking day (Zenderismo).This hike will encircle Mount San Miguel Park 2335 Paseo Veracruz, Chula Vista, CA 91914 offering wonderful scenery. We will hike the rock house trail. We will create a buddhist altar on the top of the mountain as a sanctuary for peace and harmony in the world.
Note that this hike of intermediate difficulty is 2 1/2 miles long on loose dirt surfaces with some steep hills and steps.
Bring water, snack to share, sun protection and sturdy shoes.
