Monday Morning Metta (Online)
Join us every Monday morning at 6:15 am on Zoom for a guided Metta, or loving-kindness meditation. Each week we explore different variations of traditional Metta Meditations geared towards cultivating unconditional friendliness and compassion towards ourselves and others. The meditation is from 6:15 am to 6:35 am followed by a brief check-in which wraps up no later than 6:50 am.
